The Tripel Opens Today!

DEX is excited to announce its latest project, The Tripel, a small production wine and craft beer bar, at 333 Culver Blvd opens today. DEX worked with acclaimed husband-and-wife team, Brooke Williamson and Nick Roberts (currently owners of Hudson House in Redondo Beach and formerly of Venice’s Beechwood and Amuse Cafe) to design a modern, crafted setting that would reflect The Tripel’s inspired menu. Stand-out items include The Tripel Burger (duck confit, pork, aged beef, onion brioche bun, truffle pecorino, argula, house-made apricot jam) and Calamari Po Boy (wasabi tartar sauce, lettuce, vine ripe tomato.) To ground the small space, DEX modernized the feel of a neighborhood store found on Culver Blvd. in the 1950s.
