Construction continues in Downtown LA at USC’s Sigma Nu fraternity house. The roof is off and framing is up! DEX continues to be on-site weekly, adjusting plans as needed based on previously unknown existing conditions in the building’s original structure. Beyond these adjustments, Team DEX is also looking for unexpected opportunities to incorporate aspects of the Sigma Nu old House into the new space and to create areas that highlight the fraternity’s traditions. Check back to see how existing columns will be turned into outdoor benches, where the Heritage Wall will be, and when the House Snake will be getting a lifestyle upgrade!
