Sigma Nu Final Photos Revealed!

USC’s chapter of Sigma Nu can officially call their new house “home.”  The DEX-designed fraternity house opened this Fall and features a modernized facade with new windows and metal cladding, a BBQ area at the entry, and plenty of room for volleyball tournaments in the sand pit.  Inside the House, DEX overhauled everything from the bedrooms and bathrooms to the kitchen, dining hall, chapter room, and living areas.  DEX also sought to highlight some of the original home’s features.  Inside the entry, DEX created a shadow box to showcase the existing masonry walls and for the BBQ area, DEX designed oversized benches from columns removed from the original facade.  Enjoy these final photos!
