How Soon Can You Get to The Tripel or Hudson House?

Because once you read about their new menu items, you will definitely want drop by the DEX-designed restaurants as soon as possible! Our favorite chef/owner duo Brooke Williamson and Nick Robert just added several new items to the restaurants’ menus and we wanted to be the first to let you know!

Along with favorites like The Tripel Burger and Hudson’s Pretzel Burger, here are the new items you can look forward to at:

The Tripel:
-Charred Baby Octopus with Black Coconut Rice, Jalapeno, and Saffron
-Wild Mushroom and Barley Stuffed Quail with Parsnip Puree, and Pickled Quince
-Humboldt Fog “Baklava” with Peppercress, Toasted Walnuts, and Herbed Honey Vinaigrette
-Crispy Grain Cake with Apricot, Black River Blue Cheese, and Baby Red Leaf Lettuce

Hudson House:
-Roasted Beets and Bocconcini with Radish, Orange-Coriander Vinaigrette, and Black Sea Salt
-Thai Coconut Steamed Clams with Lemongrass and Grilled Bread
-Pressed Pulled Pork and Prosciutto Cubano with Sweet Pickles, Swiss Cheese, and Honey Mustard
-Braised Beef Shortrib with Collard Greens, Parsnip Puree, Pomegranate, and Crispy Onions
