The Arsenal has chosen DEX to update its three-room space. With a long-standing history in LA that dates to 1874, the Arsenal developed from an adobe structure to a local saloon for gold prospectors and orange farmers during the turn of the 19th century and later became popular speakeasy during the 1930s. Since then, the Arsenal has remained a West Side hot spot by transitioning to a restaurant/bar known for steaks and cocktails during the 1950s. Recognizing the Arsenal’s rich and varied history, DEX plans to design its renovations to modernize as well as compliment the existing structure.
