Although Chef Nozawa has officially retired from his long-standing restaurant, Sushi Nozawa, his legacy will live on at the site of the restaurant, which will re-open as SugarFISH this spring. The newest SugarFISH will pay homage to Nozawa and his restaurant by prominently featuring the restaurant’s original artwork throughout the DEX-designed space.
