Top Chef Seattle’s final episode will air this week and our hometown favorite, Brooke Williamson, is officially in the two-person finale!  At this point in the season, Williamson has more challenge wins than any other contestant, possibly giving her the edge over finale competitor Kriste Kish.  In addition, an extremely biased Team DEX thinks her experience as co-executive chef and co-owner of the DEX-designed restaurants Hudson House and The Tripel will push her through the finale’s consecutive elimination rounds to victory!  At the end of the night, Williamson could walk away with a $125,000 grand prize, a feature in Food & Wine magazine, and a showcase at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Colorado.  Here’s to you, Brooke!
