In the Studio’s most recent residential project, DEX plans to maximize the benefits of a Venice family’s location by incorporating environmentally-friendly features such as greywater systems, solar panels, and passive cooling and heating. In addition, the family will keep the modest footprint of the home, allowing them to enjoy an expansive sideyard for increased outdoor living.
