Echo Park Lofts

Located within the hillside neighborhood of Elysian Park.  Echo Parks lofts is nestled along the tree lined street.   Designed as three distinct stepped masses linked by balconies and overhangs, that follow the sloped topography.  These smaller blocks rise out of the stepped landscaped to respond the surrounding residential neighborhood.  Textured plaster offsets the wood and metal detail work resembling modern row houses on a block.  The roof garden peeks out from above the parapets offering a glimpse of the roof top amenities, while softening the upper edge of the building.
