Situated on an elevated corner in Mar Vista.  The house is oriented to maximize the light and views to the surrounding hills of Santa Monica.  The home was designed around the communal spaces that are shared by a growing family.  The interior flows to two distinct outdoor spaces.  The private rear yard extends the home’s main space to a garden and seating area for larger family gatherings.  The front porch connected to the kitchen connects the home to the surrounding neighborhood.
